How to customize a page of Major scales for a beginning student
I'm approaching retirement and I want to pay forward with a student I am teaching; consequently, I'm new to this software.
For lessons, how do I create 8 measure lines to create major / minor scale studies? I just want to start with a few to start so not to overwhelm.

You mean 8 measures per system?
Or 8 system with one (long) measure each (for an entire scale, 8 notes)?

I'm just learning the terminology, so if systems means (1) major scale, for instance, then 8 measures per system.

A system is one line of music on a sheet, 1 or more measures, up until a system break (line break for a text).
