How to Read the Copyright Status?
If under the license of a song it says C none(all rights reserved) does that mean it is copyrighted and can't be downloaded without permission or it can be? In one of the articles I read for Musescore it sounded like "all rights reserved" meant it was copyrighted, but I don't get the "none" part if that is the case.??
I just want to know if I can download songs without asking the authors permission under that license.

Pretty much the same answer as in https://musescore.org/en/node/281436#comment-884794, you can download and use, personally, but not perform publicly or publish yourself.
