My MDL score has no sound on musescore.com
I made a score primarily with MDL soundfonts and uploaded it to musescore.com, but when I try to play it on the website, no sound plays, except for the parts that don't use MDL soundfonts.

Did you upload the score audio too?

I just clicked save online on Musescore 3. Is there a separate process for audio?

You need to check the box in that dialog that says "Upload score audio". It's needed anytime you use a non-standard soundfont.
