Playback Not Working

Hello, help please. Playback stopped working, and I already tried everything on this post ( https://musescore.org/en/node/96811 ), I have a macbook air M1 OS Monterrey 12.2 Musescore version: OS: macOS 10.16, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.6.2.548020600, revision: 3224f34

If any bady already solved this please helpme out. Thanks!!

I've had the same issue - I've tried a factory reset and it still hasn't worked (I'm using a windows laptop). Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
