Vertical Frame Automatically Hops to Bottom of Previous Page
I'm trying to make a multi-movement piece, and when trying to dictate the third movement with a vertical frame with a title inside, the vertical frame, which I am trying to insert via the first measure of the new movement (ppg. 62), is automatically hopping below the previous system. I am trying to make it go on top of the system on ppg. 62. Could anybody help me with this? Much appreciated.
