How do I get to where I can edit the frequency? I have been looking around, Im in Musescore 4
Are you by chance using very old build, like from three or four months ago? There was once a bug like what you describe, but it was fixed a long time ago. be sure to get either a current nightly build or at least the beta, which is still less than a week old.
If you continue to have problems, please use GitHub to submit issues with MuseScore 4 builds as requested in the announcements.
As for "frequency", that's not a thing in MuseScore 4, that's just a field in this older version of the issue tracker (not currently being used any more for MuseScore 4) to allow the developers to track how often a bug is reported. You shouln't be touching that field.

My bad, i thought the frequency comment was referring to how to fix my issue

Sorry, I do not really know these terms. But I just downloaded Musescore 4 a couple weeks ago. I had Musescore 3.6 previously.
Keep in mind, there is no MuseScore 4 yet - only experimental pre-release builds intended for testing purposes only. 3.6. is still the most current version of Musecore you should be using except when helping us test.
But if you do wish to help test these experimental pre-release builds of MuseScore 4, you will need to go back to the announcement forum (where you presumably learned about the alpha release to begin with) and read the information about how to get the beta, and also about how to report issues on GitHub.
