1) After Installing the MuseHub App for Mac the first time, and started downloading, I shut the computer down correctly.
2) After rebooting the screens reproduced in the screenshots below appeared in turn
3) No more App running

The problem happens every time. I can't tell if it's a problem of the app or of the connection server, I just know that the first thing I did was modifying the folder for the sounds BEFORE downloading them...from the subsequent time on, it went like this...
