It just happens randomly I do not know why it happens or how to reproduce.
What is meant to happen is the pop up should say no elements however instead it places a duplicate of one of the items in the palette instead.

Can you please explain the problem in more detail? What exactly are you doing, what do you expect to see happen, what happens instead?

Please don't change the setting in this issue. I changed it to "needs info" because we need more information to understand what you mean. Your picture appears to show you having clicked "More" in the repeats palette, When I do this, it shows something entirely different from what you are showing. So, you must have done something very different than merely click "More". We need precise instructions in order to reproduce whatever problem you are perceiving. Once others are able to reproduce the problem based on your steps, then we can change the status. Or, approve the issue to be posted to GitHub.
