Playback Delay

Hello! I have been using MuseScore since 2018 and recently had a problem with the playback delay on my computer. I have a Lenovo IdeaPad. This issue also happened on my old Dell Inspiron, so I'm just wondering if this is just my computer or some setting I need to adjust.
