Staff text change instrument

I have upgraded to 4.1.
I add staff text pizz. and right click to change from arco to pizzicato. The instrument is contrabass.
Instead of "staff text properties" I am offered "Stave text properties" and the only tab in that window is "Swing settings". There are no line parts or voice parts for the instrument which might be edited to switch from arco to pizz.
This was a much appreciated feature on the prior versions.
