Musescore mobile does not recognize my pro subscription

I'm trying to transpose a Official Pro score on Musescore on my iPad. I cannot get the software to recognize my Musescore pro subscription. I get stuck in a loop trying to get me to upgrade again. I play Alto flute, its in G so I have to transpose virtually everything. The song I want to transpose today is only available in the Offical Pro version that cant be downloaded on a PC per copywrite issues. So I tried the Musescore Mobile version on my iPad.

MuseScore itself does not know or care any subscription. Subscriptions are feature of the score-sharing website musescore.com and its mobile apps only. So for questions about that subscription, you'd have to ask over there on that website.

It does exactly the same thing for me as well! I emailed customer support several times only to receive an automated message that had nothing to do with my issue. Frustrating and disappointing!
