How can i fix this problem?
We need a little more info. OS. Version of MuseScore. For example.

Latest version of musescore.
Actually I noticed that if I use only musescore sounds, or Muse sounds, it works.
But I also work with external libraries and VSTs, and randomly, today, I used an external sound for the piano in musescore.
It worked fine, but later or, when I tried to open the project sheet, the mixer was blank, and all the sounds were absent.

By blank do you mean there were no instrument channels? Or no labels for the channels? Or just an empty window?

The mixer has channels, but there are no labels for them, and I can not assign any instrument to channels, or apply any FX

Try: menu "Help" -> Revert to Factory Settings.
Before this, save your customized palettes and shortcuts (if you have, one or both)

Thanks, i tried reverting to factory settings, but it changed nothing.
The problem occurs only when i use external libraries for sounds; when i'm using muse sounds, the mixer and the playback system work.
If i change the instruments, using external sounds, i can hear them perfectly played, but if i save the project and try to open it again, all the sounds are absent, even those who were not changed.
