optionally disable drag panning

please provide an option to disable the drag panning of the score page around. Whenever I accidentally click and move the mouse and miss a notehead, the page moves, its distracting and I have to move it back. ESPECIALLY in continuous mode it comes extremely frustrating and in that mode I would much rather be able to smoothly scroll left to right without accidentally making the whole score move up and down by accident. The current functionality is similar to Sibelius which I also hate.

  1. To navigate in your score, eg, are you aware that scroll bars are now available with the V4 ? https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/navigating-your-score
  2. See also: menu Edit / Preferences / Canvas -> Scroll pages (Horizontal - Vertical -> Tick "Limit scroll area to page borders"
