Has anyone else paid for a subscription with Pro (automatic renewal) and it says your subscription is inactive all of a sudden? I have the receipt to prove I paid for a year, but it says inactive! Help. I just want to contact someone or I want a refund...

I think it does answer your question as much as can be answered here. It says that questions about Pro subscriptions can be answered at support@musescore.com (8/24h 5/7d, regular business hours,) and that Nobody here on musescore.org and its forums can help you with your request. IOW, you're barking up the wrong tree.
