What is this Full Tab symbol?
See image, in Full Tab what is the line with the two slash marks? It looks like a tremolo symbol but I have not inserted tremolo in the music.

This is why I always display a standard notation staff linked with the tab. Even if I didn't enter anything in the standard staff, I can see what's going on there ... and then remove it later.
There are 3 options to choose from for half-note stems.
I prefer short stems to slashed stems.

Indeed, this display is really matter to confusion, and discussed since the V2 so many times ago, e.g. : https://musescore.org/en/node/352164
An old feature request (in 2018... 🥺) was already filled to change this: #275196: Circled fret marks for half note and whole note durations in tablature staves,
but I guess it would be preferable to fill it again on Github for the V4.
