For some reason I get no results when I put anything in the "search handbook" field? User error or my system error?

I have had the same problem for about 10 days. There is an unexpected delay, then a black screen opens with the message that an error has occurred. You can access the handbook through your browser and search engine; Firefox and DuckDuckGo work fine.
