I don't see any problems in your screenshot and since you did not describe a problem, no one can say whether it is normal or not.
Word of advice: Make the title of your thread a meaningful description of your problem. "Musescore is broken" has no meaning, either general or specific. Then, in your thread, describe the problem in as much detail as you can. Identify the exact version of Musescore (Help / About Musescore), the exact version of your operating system (in Windows, Control Panel / System / Windows Specifications; I assume that MacOS and Linux have similar functionality somewhere), and a detailed description of what is happening. Details are important!!! It is very difficult to provide too much detail; it is extremely easy to provide too little. Sadly, in this case, you have provided no detail at all. Finally, in most cases, you'll need to attach a score file (.MSCZ file) as an example of the issue.
I hope that you've already fixed your problem. If so, please come back here and tell us what the problem was and how you fixed it!!! Someone else may need that information desperately!!!
If not, then give a good description of what's happening. It might be something that can be fixed easily. It might instead be something that affects many users and you are simply the first person to notice and report it.
Good luck!!!

Changed it now - I was meaning to ask is this layout is correct ? When I open a score and work with my scores, I cannot see most of my layout and palettes, they either disappear or I have to shrink them and put them on a side so they appear when I work with score.
I think this is a very valid reason and cause for me to post this :)))

Try the following:
1. WIN + R and type cmd, then press ENTER
2. copy/paste:
set QT_QUICK_BACKEND=software&& "C:\Program Files\MuseScore 4\bin\MuseScore4.exe"
then press ENTER
if there is no difference, try another one:
1. repeat step 1
2. copy/paste:
set QSG_RHI_BACKEND=opengl&& "C:\Program Files\MuseScore 4\bin\MuseScore4.exe"
then press ENTER
Please let us know if you see any difference.

ok i figured it out! when you open musescore, click the "help" button on the top, then the "revert to factory settings" button, all scores will be safe, you will just have to choose your colors again, and your custom sounds.

For future reference, "View" > "Restore the default layout" also works and doesn't reset all your settings.
