How do I add cues into a score?
I'm producing a choral score. In the piano part, I want to pop cues for an orchestral part for the singers to listen for to help them come in - a cue. How do I do this?
TIA

In the Properties panel, you have an option "Cue size": https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/properties-panel#object-prop
I quote: "Cue size: This feature is used to create small cue notes: i.e. notes provided to assist the performer by indicating what another ensemble/orchestra member is playing at the same time. Checking the box makes any selected notes smaller, including their stems and any attached beams."

I find it most useful to add the cues in voice 2. This preserves any rests already present.
In this example, the violin cue is in voice 2. The measure rest is in voice 1.
