Random unwanted pizz playback with Muse Strings

I'm having an issue with Muse Strings playing pizz when I haven't indicated it in the score. It'll play legato fine for a few bars before suddenly switching to pizz, as well as playing pizz when clicking the notes even though the score has no staccato or "pizz." indications. This is happening across all my projects and only with Muse Strings - I've tried switching back to MS Basic and there's no issues with the legato playback.

I've already tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app and uninstalling/reinstalling Muse Strings. I've also reverted the app back to factory settings, but still no change. I've tried deleting the bars where this happens, but that only makes it happen in a different bar. What can I do to fix this issue?
