MUSESCORE DOWNLOAD LIMIT STUCK - AND MUSESCORE'S EXPLANATION IS THAT IT IS ON A GRADUAL RELEASE AND CANNOT BE CHANGED!
I have, as a PRO user for a number of years, enjoyed the downloading of 20 pieces per day in a 24 hour cycle. However, as of the last week or so, I have only been able to download 5 at a time in a 24 hour cycle. After complaining to "Paula" of Musecore, she informed me today that the site is set on a GRADUAL RELEASE?????? and cannot be changed.
What nonsense is this now? So we are getting even less for our PRO account? {All the adverts CLEARLY state that one can download 20 scores per day}.
If this is indeed the case, I will be terminating my account together with all of my students (150 in total) and will take our business elsewhere.

You're completely missing the point. Go and raise the issue on .com or drop them an email. If you hurry you'll catch them before they close for the weekend.

This will start with me deleting the scores that I have uploaded.

These clowns dont deserve everyones MIDIs anyway. I dont understand how this business model holds up.
Users pay money and upload content for free and other people download it and only musescore gets paid and not even a small % gets paid to the creator?
I have over 500 MIDIs of transcriptions and recordings of myself playing songs and would never upload it to a site like this that not only doesnt pay the people that make its content but also are so stingy in their 20 file limit. Its a joke and its insulting.

That's as it may be.
But this is still the wrong place to discuss this. Go post this over on musescore.com.

@drummerjacob1:
Can you honestly learn 20 new songs every day. That's 7300 per year so just have a bit of patience.
You can upload your scores and keep them private if you want them online without sharing.
Payment is for downloading copyrighted scores since MuseScore has to pay royalties.
