Musescore 4.4.4 Update Bug With Notes

Hello all. I recently updated to Musescore 4.4.4 (from 4.4.3). In my compositions now, every once in a while, a group of notes will hold through the rest of the score, even though it is not meant to do this. For example, in a full orchestra, the oboes and clarinets will hold a staccato eighth note through the entire rest of the score when I play it back (and it is ONLY the clarinets and oboes that do this, all other instruments play back fine). It also only occurs at one particular spot in my score (along one particular eighth note in one particular measure on my score, nowhere else). For now, I have reverted back to 4.4.3, since this wasn't an issue then. Does anyone have any suggestions for mitigating this issue? Thanks!
