Cannot access score that I made
I created an arrangement last summer but cannot open it since it says the score does not belong to my account. I have tried using both my personal email, work email, and facebook logins but none of those work. Thankfully I saved the score and parts as PDFs, but I need to make edits for a recent project that came up. Please let me know how I can retrieve this score again so I can access it anytime without having to login.

I don’t know which account you used to save the file in the cloud, but a copy should also have been saved locally on the same device. Here’s how to find it (judging by your screenshot, you’re on macOS):
Mac:
1. Open Finder and press Shift + Command (⌘) + G
2. Copy/Paste:
~/Library/Application Support/MuseScore/MuseScore4/cloud_scores
3. Press Enter
4. Look there for a file that might be called not_uploaded.mscz or something similar.
5. Copy that file to another location and open from that new location

I am able to find the file using this method but when I try to open it's still saying the file does not belong to any of the accounts I have logged on to. Let me know if there is another route I can take.

Nevermind. I was able to drag it to my desktop and open it from there. Thank you again for the help!
Why did you save the PDF file locally but not the MSCZ file? Then you could easily open the score.
You can try importing the PDF file, or you can download Audiveris. However, the result will not always be satisfactory...
