For all the non-MuseScore formats like MIDI, XML, PDF etc, in 2.0 you'd use File→Export..., not File→Save as... as in 1.x
Yes, I did like this. But all that file didn't work. I was able to save as MuseScore 2 only.
Then is there way to save as previous ver file?

Which platform are you working on (win, mac, linux) and which beta/nightly version of 2.0 are you using?

I downloaded as nightly version. But when opening popped as beta 2.0
And my platform is win xp.

Oh, I seem to remember that you'd have to tinker with the save as dialog in 1.x on XP to adjust the file extension, some idiosyncrasy of XP, maybe this is also needed for 2.0?
And you'll find the exact version and build in the About window

Yes. I don't know what the matter is. But maybe because of platform.

There is no way in MuseScore 2.0 to save in a MuseScore native mscz (or mscx) format that 1.x would be able to read. If you need a score created in 2.0 to be read in 1.x, export as MusicXML in 2.0 and import that in 1.x
To be clear:
File / Save as allows you to save as MSCZ or MSCX only - but in MuseScore 2 format. There is no way to save an MSCZ or MSCX in MuseScore 1.3 format.
File / Export is how you convert to MIDI, MusicXML, and other non-native formats, and these files can be imported (with some loss of information as is normal for these formats) into 1.3.
