You can copy that "clef" onto a score that has middle C where you want it. This is of course for playback purposes. You will then want to resize it so it looks right on the score. You can then press ctrl+shift then drag the picture to a custom palette. On staves where you want this clef, right click an empty part of the staff and choose Staff Properties. Next, uncheck Show clef. You can then move the clef to the proper spot on the staff. Unfortunately this will need to be done for every system, so I recommend that you do it after the score has all of its notes entered and is otherwise formatted so all of the clefs will be correct.
