Order of Repeats
In my transcription of Gloria, from Misa Criolla, the song is split into several sections which repeat in the following order:
A BB C BB C D EE F
I have placed my repeats in the following order
A |: B :| C :| D |: E :| F
Instead, it’s plays back this:
A BB C B C D EE F
Is there any way to ensure the repeat after B is not skipped the second time?
Comments
At the end of C put a D.S., remove the :| and enable repeats in inspector, at the start of B place a segno

It still ended up playing right through the repeat after B on the second time as if the repeat wasn’t even there

Did you enable "Play repeats" on the D.S. In Inspector?

In order for us to understand what is going on, it would help if you attached your score. As mentioned, using a DS with the "Play repeats" property set should do the trick. Although realistically, it would be easier to read if you just wrote out the B section twice and put repeats around the BB C.
