You probably didn't notice this is in all parts, not the main score. I can recreate it every time and it never clears. Here is an excerpt from the score I used in the video.
You say it never clears, but maybe I'm misunderstanding the video - looks like it fixes itself once you scroll to the side and back. Also fixes itself for me if I so much as click anything.
Scrolling up and down always makes it fade again. I don't know if it affects any printing since I never do that, but it is strange to see the numbers fade in and out on the screen.

Does it fix itself also on save or on other layout (like edit)? Can you attach the score? I can't reproduce from scratch.
There have definitely been similar temporary glitches in older releases, not as sure about this one.
