Replay markers off in continuous display mode
When I set begin and end markers for replay in page display mode, and then switch to continuous display mode, these markers are off. See attached screen shots.
Replay ignores these off markers and is not affected.
OS: macOS 10.14, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.0.0.19831, revision: f66b4a1
