Restricted range of note values in MuseScore 3

MuseScore 2 had the facility for double-dotted notes, and for full breves, plus two additional quaver values.

MuseScore 3 appears to have only the capacity for single-dotted notes, the note range only goes up to a semi-breve, and the quaver range is from quaver - hemidemisemi quaver only.

Is there a way to add these types of note values (and rests)?
