Transposing adds the new key not only at beginning of line but also within the score itself.

I use app image 3.02 on linux mint (ubuntu 18)

In order to investigate further we would need the actual score, not just a picture, and precise steps to reproduce the problem. But this is ver likely a duplicate of #280390: Spurious key change after transposition
here is the file
steps to reproduce: select transpose and use another key
Can you be more precise? Do you select something first before using Tools / Transpose? What other key? The score you posted is already in E. I tried it without making a selection (which transposes everything) and transposing to D, and there were no problems using 3.0.2. I also tried transposing to Gb, and that worked too.

You did the same as I did.
Are you using the 64 bit appimage on Ubuntu 18?
No, but that's unlikely to be the difference. I suspect the issue is the score you posted is one from after you already did the transposition and fixed the problem. Can you reproduce it if you download that same score, load it again, and follow my steps?

It looks like reopening the file solves the issue. I had 2 more files on which this happened during creating of the score, but when opening them again today, i can't reproduce it anymore.
So it seems the issue is only there during first creating the score.

Reproduced with 3.0.4.5763
1. Use the startup Treble clef template (also happens with 'Choose instruments' and single staff, doesn't happen with SATB score template)
2. Remove the line breaks.
3. Change the time signature to one flat.
4. Transpose down with 2nd.
Spurious key signatures appear. See screenshots of these 4 steps attached.
Saving and reopening removes that key sig.
Similar issue with multimeasure rests, even with SATB template.
1. Create new SATB score
2. Set key signature
3. Write notes to some bars
4. Transpose down
5. Press 'M' for multimeasure rests:
Saving and reopening the file also fixes that one.
Your example here is definitely a duplicate of #280390: Spurious key change after transposition.
