Musescore 3 Crashed
Musescore 3 crashed and when I reopened the file, it was playing grande piano on all instruments. How do I retrieve the original instruments?

Most likely you had added soundfonts to the synthesizer but did not either make them the default or save them to the score. If you did save them to the score, then use the load from score button in the synthesizer to restore the sounds.
If you made them default, then you probably never closed MuseScore normally so it would remember the settings, but I'm not 100% sure that's correct.

With "official" 3.0.2, or with a recent/current nightly?
Anyway, do you recall what was your goal in this file before receive this result?
