Which rest do you think to be unneccessary? I don't see and that isn't needed, on the contrary, I see one missing. You're using 2 voices, and the very first voice 2 8th rest is missing

thank you for your comment Mr :-)
I want musican to know, that first two notes are played with right hand, next 2 notes with left hand. I made it by selecting second voice but then those stupid pause appeared ;)

Which is OK, left hand has a pause while right hand playes and vice versa. Exactly what rests are for.
You can delete voice 2 rests though (select, Del), or make them invisible (select, V), but IMHO that is the wrong thing to do here

Thank you for your help :-) problem appears when I am making irregular groups like 5 - it is then impossible to divide into second voice. Musican must then think on his own which hand should play 2 notes and which 3 notes. This is rather specific for the harp... I wanted to make clear division between hands but clearly program cannot do this :) or there is other way round to note that with some special sing or something...I'll look for it :) thank you for your time :)

You can make irregular groups in both hands. What is very common for the harp is to use Cross-staff notation (look it up in the handbook) where notes are moved from one staff to the other to indicate which hand a note is played with. You can move individual notes within an irregular group (called a tuplet in English) to the other staff if you need to. If all of the notes are entered on the upper staff and several are moved to the other staff, it is common to make the measure rest on the bottom staff invisible in that measures by selecting it and pressing V. I suggest that if you haven't, look at some harp music and imitate what has been printed.
