MS 3.04 placement of ties across time signature changes
Slurs automatically position themselves to avoid collision with the new time signature, while ties collide with it.
The attached has both ties & slurs, you can see that the ties collide with the 2/4 & 4/4 indications while the slurs automatically position so as to avoid.
If this has already been noted, apologies!

same behavoir in 3.0.5 (preleases) and current master
I'd have thought https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/4750 would fix this, but apparently not.
Feel free to add it to the issue tracker

The PR mentioned is actually the opposite problem, trying to get slurs not to overadjust and avoid the staff unnecessarily. Ties do not use autoplace to try to avoid anything - they go down first.
Ties in my view should not try to avoid time signatures etc by moving or curving, but should visually break for them - see #21438: Ties need to break at key and time signatures.
