The Nutcracker Suite
Hi, I surfed the Internet a few days ago, and I found an arrangement of Tchaikovsky's Nutcracker Suite by Nicolas Economou. I really want to upload it here, but the arranger passed away at 1993. Can I still upload it?

You sure can. Whether you're allowed to legally is a different question, depends on whether the arranger holds any copyright, which is likely the case. Ask a lawyer.

That is exactly what I'm afraid of. To contact lawyers in my country needs a lot of money. Is there any other way to know if it is legal to upload it?

As the current copyright holder, the publisher of that score
Is it very different than the one on IMSLP, which is located at https://imslp.org/wiki/The_Nutcracker_(suite)%2C_Op.71a_(Tchaikovsky%2C…? There is no doubt that can be uploaded without issues.

So ask the folks at Alfred Publishing. I'm about 99.9% sure their answer will be that they own the copyright and that they don't allow you to publish.
And indeed, see their copyright message on the sheets:
© 1988 CPP/BELWIN, Inc.
All Rights Assigned to and Controlled by ALFRED PUBLISHING CO., INC.
All Rights Reserved
And later
© 1988 BELWIN-MILL PUBLISHING CORP. (ASCAP)
All Rights Administered by WARNER BROS. PUBLICCATIONS U.S. INC.
All Rights Reserved including Public Performance for Profit
Pretty clear statements, no lawyer needed...
Unless you want to challange their claim.
