Help with understanding a score and how to notate it
I hope someone can look at the image attached and tell me what it going on at measure 25.
I believe it is being changed to 2/2 time. Got that.
However, I really don't understand the sharp on the E space and the flat on the B line. This doesn't correspond to any key signature that I know of. How would you notate this?
Thanks!

I don't see a sharp on the E space, just a natural. The score switches from Bb major to F major in measure 25 (and from 4/4 to 2/2)
In Format->Style->Accidentals there are 3 radio buttons. One says to show naturals before key signature changes. What you are seeing is a score with this option and a key change from B-flat (2 flats) to F (1 flat).

You NAILED it! Thanks a lot.
The “sharp” you refer to is actually a Natural and it indicates that you are changing from Bb to F.
