3.1.0.7078 toggle ‘Auto Placement’ for selected element causes formatting issue?

As titled with attached score, for dynamic ff at bar 12 beat 1 stave 1, if ‘Auto Place’ is unticked, then the stave distance is changed unexpectedly which causes collision with stave above.

The hairpin in the measure directly above also has autoplace disabled, and hence MuseScore allows things to collide with it. In general, you should virtually never need to disable autom=place any more, so if you got into that habit in 3.0, it's time to unlearn that habit for 3.1
BTW, the reason disabling autoplace for the dynamic had this effect is it allowed another system onto the page.

Thanks for finding the reason, now they are placed as desired, with a tricky play of disabling 'AP' for the first hairpin on the left and the 'ff' :

Even that wasn't necessary - you can freely adjust both of those hairpins without disabling autoplace. In fact you can turn autoplace back on for everything in your entire score (Ctrl+A, then Enable Autoplace in Inspector) and then just do a couple of readjustments and everything works perfectly.

Ctrl+A -> Enable AP , works.
True, you need to do the hairpins and other lines separately.
