No pizzicato in playback
I'd like to make the musescore team aware of an issue that occurs with string pizzicato playback. Clicking on a note causes musescore to play the note. This works fine and musescore plays the note pizzicato if pizzicato has been declared in the measure of the note. For all measures after however, sometimes musescore will play a clicked on note as if it is arco instead. When you actually playback a measure everything works fine. However, clicking on a note that had pizzicato declared for it in a previous measure causes it sometimes to be played arco. A minor defficiency. I hope this is helpful.

sample score?
I've had the same problem. It seems that until the passage has been played once using the playback button the effect of the channel selection requested by the pizz. text is not implemented. Indeed it is a minor inconvenience, but it would be nice if could be fixed.

As always, in order to investigate, it helps if you can provide a sample score and precise steps to reproduce the problem.

I've found the problem mainly occurs when you create a new note. When I click on all the notes I inputted in a previous session they all play correctly. However, when I input new notes the problem seems to occur.

I also am wondering how I would space out the score. Specifically pull the bass clarinet part upwards as in measures 29 and 30, the pizzicato markings interfere with notes in the bass clarinet part.

When you switch to page view, the auto avoidance is much better. The spacing between staves is increased as needed and things don't run into each other.
