3.2 Respell pitches doesn't seem to work at all

Works for me if I manually change the Gb to F# first - it changes the spelling back to Gb. To be honest I don't really understand the algorithm it's trying to follow.

!!! So you consider Gb more likely in G minor than F#, or even Gb in Bb major more likely than F# in G minor? What about the D#? Isn't Eb in the key signature enough of a hint that that should be Eb?

Well, as I said, I don't understand the algorithm, but from what little I do know, it's not based on harmonic considerations as much as melodic ones (eg, spelling chromatic passages sharps ascending flats descending, etc). But even knowing that, I'd absolutely agree it makes choices that make little sense, and it's always been so.
