In the Shortcuts Define window, the Clear button doesn't work
- Go to Preferences > Shortcuts
- Select a Shortcut, click Define
- Click the Clear button in the Define window.
Nothing happens.
Clicking "Clear" in the main window works.

The "Clear" button in the Define menu is for clearing the shortcut you just typed, not for eliminating any previously defined shortcuts. Since you haven't typed anything yet according to your steps, there is nothing to clear.

Okay, well in that case, it's misleading, since "Clear" in the main window looks the same as "Clear" in the Define window and logic says: these are the same and should do the same thing. If the functions are not the same, then the text on the buttons should be different. The context of the window isn't enough in this case to suggest that something different should happen.

Define Window: "Clear Input"
Idea 2:
Main window: "Purge"
Define window: "Clear".
Idea 3:
Main window: "Undefine"
Define window: "Clear".
