mouse-dragging a sextuplet bracket is totally bonkers in MS 3
The bracket moves down rapidly, no matter what way the mouse is moved. The only way to reposition the element is to type in values in the inspector.

I confirm this for sextuplet and for triplet starting from a quarter note duration. The bracket can be single clicked and dragged; but it falls down the page when a 'handle' is dragged while in edit mode.
Workaround is to untick Automatic placement in the Inspector.
Yes, this bug was introduced in 3.2, it's already fixed in the nightly builds and the next update that should be out very soon. Meanwhile, it fixes itself on the next layout.

No, that's about adding elements from the palette via drag&drop. There's actually no issue for this tuplet adjustment problem, but I fixed it as part of my PR for #291491: Manual adjustment of tuplets above the staff lost on next layout.

That's what I ment, no idea how the wrong issue got in here, some copy/paste error of mine apparently
