Yes, I installed the plugin TempoChanges right before looking for something else, and it worked fine, but the other plugins I've downloaded so far won't show up in the manager, I can't enable them.
You're right, it's here, i just have some issues with my panels (that are a bit hard to explain and I don't know how to reproduce so I won't bother anyone with that for the time being).
I'm not sure it works perfectly, though, but there is another plugin that knows more chords so I'll go with that for now. Sorry for the inconvenience.

What version or MuseScore, which OS?
If you use the Plugin Editor and there load that plugin and run it from there, what happens?

I'm sorry, I just realized for some reason my browser decided to change the download location to MuseScore 2, now I'll have to retry everything...
About this one, when I run it normally I just get an empty panel called Plugin, and when i use the editor I get :
Debug: Hello, Color Voices - setting colors
Debug: Resulting colors: [#2e86ab,#306b34,#c73e1d,#8d1e4b]
Debug: 0 - 8 - undefined
...but still nothing happens.
that panel called Plugins is not empty (and that bogus naming should be fixed in the next version of MuseScore), just drag it bigger
