I found the issue below, but in this case I'm just trying to change workspaces, not delete them.

#291986: Removing a custom workspace causes crash really is the same issue though (just like #292156: Crash on Workspace Change), try a recent development build to double-check it being fixed there

Mine crashes everytime. I can't use the workspace feature at all. Reset to factory settings thrice and even updated software. Am using Windows 10 64 bit.
