Keyboard shortcut conflicts
When a shortcut key conflicts with another key, MS disables the ability to edit a shortcut to use thatp articular key/combination, yet all the while there are default setups of confliction!
Note durations for instance are of the numerals for 64th, 32nd, et cetera. yet there are also "Add fret one on current string" which also use numbers. The point here is that the user can't change a keyboard shortcut when a conflict should be allowed due to things like "Tab only" or specific situations. That is, the note duration shortcuts should be allowed, as it is by default, to have the user define a conflicting shortcut with something like the Adding fret # shortcut.
Maybe I'm missing something?
The whole purpose here is this: I want to change the numbers to work with particular note-durations, but in the process of attempting this, I can't set them because they conflict with the add fret # to current string" shortcuts, even though by default they are already conflicting.

If you have any custom shortcuts, you have a shortcuts.xml file you can edit to create these shortcuts. It silently allows for these "conflicts" as well as real conflicts so be careful with it.
