While I'm trying to open MuseScore I get this error and It won't open. How to fix that?
OS : Windows 8.1 32-bit

See #281750: File api-ms-win-crt-heap-I1-1-0.dll missing and grab and install the corresponding fix from MicroSoft (Windows Update might grab it too)
