how to get a midi tempo map in musescore, as at the moment the audio & midi do not sync? when the file is used in other soft ware( e.g. pg.s RealBand & band in a box)

It's not clear which audio and MIDI don't sync, you will need to explain in greater detail - step by step - what you are doing, at which specific step something goes wrong, and what you expect to happen at that step vs what actually does.

I processed file "FIX120ADOBEPIANO,I WISH_.WAV" using AnthemScore and got score in musescore, then saved as MIDI. When loaded into RealBand they do not line up, attached screen shots. it is only showing one timing for the generated score.
Doing the same with Melodyne the generated MIDI has a Tempo map so when loaded and put next the to Audio file they end at around the same place "Midi sync 03.png". This does not work as well at picking up the notes, I prefer to use AnthemScore.
