3.3 Release Candidate: Combined palette names have double ampersands
"Breaths & Pauses" has become "Breaths && Pauses"
"Arpeggios & Glissandi" has become "Arpeggios && Glissandi"
etc.

What language is your system set to? Did you update translations? Also what OS? Are you by chance in a custom workspace? And what happens if you do Help / Revert to Factory Settings?
For me those palettes display properly in both the predefined workspaces (Basic & Advanced), Windows, US English.

Correct, it seems to have been carried over in the custom workspace.
It may happen that you use a custom workspace indeed, for them the issue should indeed persist. If so, just rename those palettes in Palette Properties or switch to Basic or Advanced workspace and customize palettes from that point.
