Maybe because there is no version 2.4.5 of musesscore?
Latest version MS2 is 2.3.2
Latest version of MS3 is 3.2.3

It is the MuseScore App for Mobiles, which are not supported here on musescore.org, see my post below.
You can see on that screenshot that you should be contacinting support@musescore.com.

I guess you're talking about the mobile app, which isn't dealt with here on musescore.org, but over at musescore.com, like in https://musescore.com/groups/musescore-android/ and/or https://musescore.com/groups/musescore-ios/.
