Well, this is the case already, after a crash (of the computer or MuseScore, any non-orderly end of the MuseScore program while that had files open), you're getting asked whether you want to recover (from those autosave files) or not.
So what would such a preference setting change then?
Give a fixed pre-canned answer to that recover question?
