Opening a MS 3 score in an old version
I want to share a score created in MuseScore 3.2.3 with a friend who uses Windows Vista and has installed MuseScore 1.3. I've saved it as a .musicxml file, which 1.3 purportedly supports. However, his MS refuses to open the score. Is there any solution?

change the musicxml suffix to xml. Version 1 didn't understand musicxml extensions.

Also note that on his vista he should be able to use 2.3.2 as well; which will perform way better when importing a MusicXML.
