In this part, the notes, when transcribed, is very widely spaced. What can I do to make the gap shorter? Also, how can I add the barlines in the bass staff (the dotted one)?

Seems you need a bunch of 7lets and make them small. And a staff space setting or paper that is wide enough

I've done the septuplets and it caused an error because the end barlines is moving away from it's original placement. I made the paper format to landscape temporarily. I haven't done the staff space setting. But I still need the paper to be portrait.
I thought I responsed, but I guess I forgot to hit Save.
In order to help, we'd need you to attach your actual score, so we can see how close you are now, then we can advise better. Most liekly it will be a matter of making sure you set the arpeggio note to small and maybe reduce the spacing and/or minimum note distance settings in Format / Style / Measure.
