How do I set "Single Page" as the default viewing mode?

Comments

That's not currently supported, but the mode is saved with each score, so if you set a particular score to that mode, it will be used every time you load it.

I would love this feature as well! Especially because I am used to hide the "file operations" bar (as I mainly use shortcuts or the "File" menu), and it looks like that's actually the only way change the page view...!
Another solution would be to be able to configure shortcuts to change page view?

Also, it's true that the page view mode is saved with each score, but this is not true for templates. So, if I create a template with a single page view mode, then if I create a new score based on it, it goes back to the default page view.

Thank you

I actually would like to just have a setting to set the default viewing mode. Cause I prefer "Continuous" and I often open midi and guitar pro files, and each time I do I have to change the viewing mode, and I often have to export as .midi, so I have to change the viewing mode each time I open even the files I've saved (exported).
It's really feels like an oversight. It shouldn't be necessary to keep the viewing mode information only in .mscz files and not in program settings. It's should be possible to have a default setting and the what's saved in .mscz just takes priority over it.
